Paula's ratings 60/60 and Steve's 58/60.

Our sunset dinner at the hotel was just as incredible as the setting itself. As the sun dropped behind the rolling Tuscan hills, we sat enjoying a bottle of wine with truly amazing service that made the entire evening feel special. This was our best dinner throughout our entire Italy trip. It is hard to describe. Everything was perfect… from the company, to the food, the setting, atmosphere, and service.

We started with a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, along with a few small tastings thoughtfully sent out by the chef. Steve ordered a ragù pasta while I chose the fish; both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We finished the evening with tiramisu and delicate macaroons, while soaking in one last view of the glowing countryside. It was one of those dinners where everything… the food, the atmosphere, the wine, and the view came together perfectly.

We then visited the wine cellar and explored the enchanted 15th century building that did not disappoint. The entire experience was memorable… to say the least!
